So hilarious! I am torn...I like the freedom and the fun, but I like having him at school too. I really just needed like one or two weeks, then I would be TOTALLY ready (or maybe this last roadtrip by myself with the two dolls will do it to me?!)

wow, you guys start back to school early. we still have until the 25th. i have mixed feelings about it. i hate having aubrey gone all day long-it just seems like such a long day for someone so little. and then it will be ella's first time to go to school(preschool). i'm a little sad:( it just reminds me of how they are growing up and i can't stop them!

i have to say you're girls are adorable and beautiful all rolled into one.

Soooo with you on this. I sing that song for about 3 weeks before school starts. Once again - proof we share the same brain.

I always think my kids are more excited to get rid of me than I am to see them go. That's a good momma that curls all those girlies hair for the first day of school.

Man that seems early! My how the summer has come and gone.
Oh but my favorite was the school shopping. =) I still love it, I get all gitty inside. Lame I know.

I'm right there with you! The boys started today, and while I got a little teary eyed that Elijah started preschool, it's time. For sure!

Also, have I told you how adorable your girls are lately?

Your girls are so beautiful! OMG--they have the best hair!!
Can you really not dress in what I posted? That is too funny. Is everyone conservative where you live? I know people out there would probably die laughing if someone showed up in Lilly Pulitzer. It's kind of normal year-round down here. Anything goes.

Aww, they are so cute on their first day of school. I know you pretend to be so tough, but admit it you missed them!

That commercial just never gets old. I love the joy and happiness on the dads face. I will be feeling that way on Aug. 20th. As much as I love being referee all day to my 8 and 4 year old, it is time. Time for mommy to put the baby to bed, turn on the tv for jr. and take a nap myself.

I love that commercial. Although, not to be stereotyping or anything, but why is that DAD so happy about it? He must be a stay at home dad.
