decked the halls at the 'doll house'

i've posted before about the doll house--back in march i wrote:

"we were driving in a upscale subdivision of retirement homes just around the corner from our house about 6 months ago, when to our utter dismay and total delight, we stumbled on this house. this person has obviously come to the conclusion that the world would be a happier place if everyone just put up a fantastic display of porcelin dolls and kitties and bears. i just love that they are truly committed to this project, so i had to snap a few photos so i could share the wonder and the magic."

well, it's your luckiest day, EVER. christmas has come in it's full form to the doll house:

the best part of the front window is the dining room table where all the dolls are sitting up to dinner--wearing their best santa caps, naturally.....

my younger girls just beg me to do something like this. i've told them only when mommy starts to wear christmas sweaters with bears and snowmen on them. AND starts drinking early every afternoon.

YOU'RE WELCOME.

i'm chuckling out loud. You in a Christmas frock... priceless. We'll be down for the Happy Holiday this year. Think I'll make a stop by the Doll House. I'm going to press my face to the glass and leave an imprint.

That is too funny. My bestie's Grandma has a huge collection of porcelin dolls and the like, but my bestie remarks that the dolls just remind her of chuckie... creepy creepy 8|

My husband would FREAK out. He is afraid of porcelin dolls.

My Mom could totally pull this off. She believes her dolls are real and talks to them often.

p.s. I think my mom's headed down your way, you should email where this house is so I can tell her to go check it out.

creepy, creepy, creepy. Somebody needs to rent themselves a booth at the nearest mall so (s)he (seriuosly, I really hope it IS a SHE) can have a real window front to display in.

Oh my goodness! John and I have driven by this house before. I even thought about taking a picture. It's up on the hill right? I haven't seen the Christmas version. I may have to drive by after my stop at Mr. D's. Thanks for sharing!

I don't think it is creepy, just very odd. At least they go all out!

Creeepy and Eeery. I'm not a fan of doll, I can barely handle the two barbie heads in Avery's closet.

I'm pretty sure that is my husband's grandparent's place. I'm not even joking. I think it is.
