costco's kirkland brand sheets are the real deal.

i am a sheet snob. i have slept on some craaaaaaapppaaayyy thread count sheets in my life--one that i swear was about 80--but i never knew the true meaning of thread-count happiness until i discovered kirkland brand costco 540 thread count sheets.

my favorite part? they are CHEAP for sheets of this quality!!! the king set is $85.00, & the queen set is $74.00. i have them for my bed and all my girl's beds and they are soft and wash up like a dream.

I agree once you go 500 thread or more it's a no brainer you can not go back. I love my costco sheets too. I buy a couple sets every year. Anything else feels like hard cardboard.

I am obsessed with good sheets! I have these Costco ones too! They also sell the 600 count for just a bit more... or used to anyway.

There's nothing better than a good set of sheets. I MUST and WILL make my way over to Costco for a new set-the raw sugar will match beautifully. Thanks for the low down....

Sheets are such an odd thing to covet-- but that's not stopping me.

I got a set of Costco sheets for Christmas and I am changed forever. In fact, it was a significant factor in my decision to let my Sam's Club card expire and my baptism into the church of Costco.

Mmmm. Love those sheets!

I love me some comfy sheets. The best sheets ever are from Bed, Bath , and Beyond, they are called Pure Beach, Sateen. I may just give these Costco sheets a try. Thanks for sharing.

It is almost as if we are the same person. I have these sheets as well. Best sheets evah! And I will now drift off to sleep knowing that somewhere, out there, beneath the pale moon light, someone named Mindi is sleeping on the same sheets.

I too am a sheet whore and love, love, love me costco sheets!

Call me a candy a$$ but I'm right up there with ya! I blame it all on my husbands job that makes me stay in nice places and makes me eat at the bestest restaurants and makes me act like a diva!! Who the double h cares?

I'm pretty much sleeping on one-ply toilet paper, apparently, so maybe I can splurge and buy some new sheets. These look lovely.

Nice! Thanks for the tip.

I second that! We discovered blissful sheets a few years back (we wondered why they had been such a secret for so long?). I have some pretty sweet 600 count from Target (bought them on a great sale) and some 800 count too. Oddly, the 800 count isn't as soft as the 600. I'm betting the 540-600 range must be THE BEST! Can't wait to get over to Costco! Thanks for the late night shout out!

I'm so glad you posted this today because I'm so in the market for new sheets right now. And it's always good to have a testimonial on something as important as sheets. I'm a sheet snob too.

Dude, I am so bummed right now, I clicked over to buy those awesome sheets ... and they only have Rosa left in our size. I am going to go cry myself to sleep on my sandpaper sheets.

Well, call me a weirdo, but I buy my sheets based purely on color. They have to be the exact same color as my wall (a pale green, but not minty or sage). So if they were to match, I would certainly love them.

Will have to remember to look at Costco if I'm ever in need of new sheets again....that's not likely for a while, however, as I went to town when a local linens store was closing a couple of years back. I was getting 600 & 800 count sets for prices that we too good to pass up.

I have been going back and forth over new sheets for a while now. Next trip to costco I am picking some up...

My sista will add her testimony to yours. She just bought some and had a $10 coupon. I asked her why she didn't buy me any. I am a sheet snob, too.

I'm going to trust you on this one, Mindi, because the Costcos around here don't carry the color I want. I'll have to order it online and hope it is the right color AND that it's as soft and sweet as you say. If not, I'll bill you for the purchase. You don't mind, right?

Oh, your blog is so good at giving me things to covet...someday I WILL have that nice bed and those sheets...just as soon as they get a Costco in Knoxville and as soon as my hubby pays off those student loans :)
